Artisan Baking Classes For the Home Chef

Class Fees

Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays from May until October and are approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours long. All classes include instruction, demonstration, question and answer session and hands-on participation. No prior cooking or baking experience is necessary.

Class fee is $40 per person per class and includes aprons, equipment, tools, ingredients, demonstrations and hands-on participation. Students take home recipes, baking tips and instructions, and everything they bake in class. Students enrolled in Savory Sourdoughs classes also will make a wild yeast starter to take home.

 Complimentary light refreshments are also provided.

Payment can be made online through PayPal. BREADCRAFT will accept personal checks only if they are received 14 days or more in advance of the class date. If you are planning to pay by personal check or cash, please email us at learn2makebread@gmail.com at least two weeks in advance to reserve your spot.

How to sign up: After reviewing the descriptions below and choosing the class(es) you would like to attend, click on the Class Calendar for a list of dates and times for that class. Then click on Sign Me Up! and select the shopping cart for each class you choose. Please be sure to include the date and time of the class you wish to attend in the comment box at checkout.
